Parsley Mash
Food Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg floury potatoes (King Edward Maris piper) 100 grams butter 150 ml hot milk 100 ml creme fraiche 3 tablespoons flat parsley finely chopped
Recipe preparation:
1 Boil the potatoes until done drain well. Mash with the butter milk creme fraiche and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 2 Serves 6
