Paprika&pancetta Quiche
Food Ingredients:
puffpastry 150 grams pancetta (or bacon) cut into small pieces 200 grams philadelphia or other creamy cheese 100 milliliters full fat cream 1 egg 1 tablespoon sweet paprika (powder) salt and pepper
Recipe preparation:
1 Prepare you tin with the puffpastry 2 Mix together philadelphia, cream, the egg and paprika until you’ll have a smooth mixture; add in pancetta or bacon 3 Pour the mixture onto the tin covered with puffpastry and bake in hot oven, 180-190°C, until firm and golden.
