Palak Chi Bhaji / Quick Palak Sabzi – Recipe by Archana – Healthy Main Course in Marathi

Learn how to make Palak Chi Bhaji / Palak Sabzi from our chef Archana. Palak Chi Bhaji is a very easy and simple Indian recipe with a combination of chopped Palak (Spinach) and Onions tossed in masalas. This is a very healthy recipe for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

1 Spinach (Palak) bunch, washed & chopped
3 Onions, chopped
10 -12 Garlic cloves
1 Green Chilli
1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste

साहित्य:

१ जुडी पालक, चिरून
३ कांदे, चिरून
१०-१२ लसूण, ठेचून
१ हिरवी मिरची
१/४ tsp हळद
मीठ

Method:

– In a pan heat some oil.
– Once the oil is hot add crushed garlic, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder & chopped onions. Mix everything well.
– Cover it with a lid and let the onions become soft.
– Then add chopped spinach and salt. Mix everything well.
– Again cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 2 minutes.
– Serve the hot Palak Sabzi with Bhakri or Roti.
