Overnight Compote
Food Ingredients:
1 cup dried apricots 1/2 cup white raisins 1 cup dried apples 1 cup orange juice
Recipe preparation:
1 Mix everything together. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. 2 This recipe yields 3 servings. 3 Variations:o Add other dried fruits, such as peaches or pears. 4 O Add a stick of cinnamon to mixture before refrigerating o Add 1 tablespoon liqueur (such as orange) to mixture before refrigerating. 5 Description: “Mix this easy combination and you’ll have a healthy fruit course anytime. This compote can be refrigerated up to one week.”
