Orzo Pasta Salad
Food Ingredients:
1 pound Orzo, cooked 1/2 cup Sundried tomatoes in oil 1/2 cup Greek olives, sliced 1/2 cup Artichoke hears, quartered 1 small Red onion, mince 1 Red pepper, roast, 1″ strips 2 teaspoons Thyme leaves, chopped 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar 4 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon Italian parsley, chopped Salt and pepper 1 pound Shrimp, cooked, optional 1 Lemon, juiced
Recipe preparation:
1 Put cooked orzo in a bowl with the other ingredients while still warm. 2 Stir well to combine.
