Orange Baked Tofu
Food Ingredients:
1 pound Extra firm tofu, (low-fat is fine) 1 can (large) frozen orange juice, not diluted 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon Chinese chile garlic sau
Recipe preparation:
1 Slice the tofu 1/2″ thick and dry the slices with a paper towel. Reserve. 2 Into a large open baking dish pour the orange juice, soy sauce and chile. 3 Slide the tofu slices into the pan, spooning juice over the tofu. 4 Broil until the dish is bubbly.
