The lease was up on the building i was renting and i couldnt come up with
an agreement on the guy who owned the building i was running the business
out of. Plus, having a bar was a lot of aggravation.. if i did it over, i
would do just a restaurant, no bar.
To be honest, i think if you do it exactly how i did in this video, you
will get a combo of crispy and chewy texture in 1 😉
This particular time i bought the dough because it was a last minute idea,
but, i normally make my own. Actually, i have a very descriptive video on

In New Jersey we do just like you, but add strips of ham inside.

strips of sirloin steak. It’s best to slice the steak while it’s still
