Can this be made without splenda and peanut butter? I am diabetic and love oatmeal cookies. Maybe honey and bananas? Anyone can reply. Thanks in advance.
Splenda is worse for you than regular sugar :/ it tricks your body's chemistry and just makes you want to eat more. I know not everyone sees it as a problem but I think you should research its harmful effects before you decide to use it.
Splenda contains 50% of sugar
It tastes fine
If you wish to lower your blood sugar and get rid of diabetes, avoid the expensive treatments, the fear of awful side effects, life-threatening complications as well as other treatments because they won't help you solve the root reason for your trouble.
