Nimbu ka Meetha Achar – Sweet and sour Lemon Pickle

Thanks nishaji i like your method of teaching pls suggest what to do with
the left lemon salt water.i have put my lemons after cutting in the salt as
per your advice its three days gone you told after ten to fifteen days
remove them from water and make them dry and put masala in it pls tell me
what i will do the leftover salty water is it used in pikle or not thanks.

Rather than lemons as we have in the west, these look like very ripe limes.
I would love to try these lemons.

there is excess salt in it …how do I rectify this?
