I was thinking of adding some spearmint leaves to the pickles as well.
Spearmint + cucumbers a match made in heaven

Great recipe and a wonderful video, I love your accent! I used it to
make a batch of Pickles about 10 days ago… I left them in the cupboard
for 5 days, then refrigerated.. They were tangy, crispy and delicious.. I
gave a Jar to family & friends and they all went crazy and wanted more.. I
also used this same marinade / brine for pickled Cauliflower florets with
strips of Red, Orange & Yellow Bell Peppers.. Beautiful and colourful
    presentation and also delicious..

The lemon and vinegar kill alot of the probiotics i believe, still a nice
video but not the recipe i want to use, also temperatures are an important
factor not mentioned here. I’m going to start with sauerkraut.

Thank you for such a clear video. It coveres everything. I’m going to make
them right now. But, I do have a question. Like in the stores, can you get
a sealed top on these? And would you boil the water and pour it over top?
Would that effect the pickles at all?
