O nice! I’ve never thought of adding oats or chia seeds to my smoothies.
Though chia seeds aren’t very popular here in Bangkok, but we do use basil
seeds quite often. I’ve heard that they’re quite similar, but chia seeds
are from the mint family if I’m not mistaken? Either way, lovely recipes!

Very brave of you to leave the lid off the blender!
I kept stressing that you were going to get splashed!
I have been having smoothies for breakfast daily, because they are so nice
and cool for summer (in Australia)

hey Donal! ahn… I hate mangoes (I know, I know… lol), so what other
fruit do you think would pair nicely with that last smoothie you made?

Oh I love smoothies so much!
At the moment, my favourite one to have in the morning consists of frozen
strawberries, a chilled banana, almond milk and some low fat vanilla
yogurt. Tastes just like a milkshake!
Going to try out your recipes as well! Thanks :)

I’ve made all 3 of the variations. All of these are great. I sometimes
juice my own oranges instead of getting the processed juices. ;D All 3 are
great ways to start off your day or just as a snack throughout the day. 😀
Thanks +Donal Skehan for sharing ;D
