Minestrone Al Pesto( Vegetable Soup With Pesto)
Food Ingredients:
2 leeks 1 carrot 1 celery stalk 2 potatoes oil a vegetable bouillon cube parmesan cheese pesto
Recipe preparation:
1 Cut the leeks into rings. 2 Peel the carrots and celery and cut them into pieces. 3 Then put leeks , carrot and celery in a saucepan with oil to brown them. 4 Slice the potatoes. 5 Put them in the saucepan . 6 Cover with water and add the vegetable bouillon cube. 7 Then, prepare the pesto 8 A bunch of basil 9 A handful of pine nuts 10 A clove of garlic 11 Parmesan 12 Wash the basil leaves and place in the blender, add the pine nuts, garlic and cheese, you can also add oil to blend better. 13 When it ‘s ready throw it directly into the soup. 14 Cook for ,at least ,an hour and a half. 15 Then with the immersion blender , blend partially, the soup . 16 Leave intact at least half of the vegetables. 17 Sprinkle with some parmesan.
