Ingredients for Meatballs Pasta homemade tomato sauce

1 onion
2 cloves garlic
Bacon (I used 5 or 6 streaky bacon chopped)
Fresh parsley (approximately 25 grams)
250 grams Pork mince
250 grams Beef mince (I used beef steak mince)
I egg yolk
4 ripe fresh tomatoes
1 can chopped tomatoes
Bread crumbs 50 grams
Red wine (One that you would drink)
Pasta (I used Parpardelle)
Olive oil
1tsp+ sugar
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Parmesan cheese

    Id recommend not using olive oil for frying as the smoking point on it
    isn’t as good as rapeseed or vegetable other than that recipe looks great
    🙂

    hi, thanks for your recipe…looks really good. I have a suggestion or 2
    for you. next time try adding some oregano & grated cheese to your
    meatballs…wonderful. also add some fresh basil to your sauce along with
    some oregano while it’s cooking….you can also add some long sliced green
    peppers to the sause and cook about an hour…amazing taste to the
    sauce….try it, you’ll love it!!!

    Nice job on this recipe for your homemade tomato sauce and artisan noodles
    that you used. The sauce was a bit of interest because of the use of the
    red wine, which I typically don’t use in my sauce, but it really seemed to
    work well here for you. The meatballs look like they were bordering on
