Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Food Ingredients:
3 tablespoons lite soy sauce 2 tablespoons dry red wine 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 2 garlic cloves pressed 2 pounds x pork tenderloins – (¾ ea)
Recipe preparation:
1 Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Add tenderloins; cover or seal, and chill 8 hours, turning occasionally. 2 Remove tenderloins from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium heat (300 to 350 degrees), turning occasionally, about 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160 degrees. 3 This recipe yields 6 servings.
