Kicked Up Meatloaf Recipe

A variation of Jimbo Jitsu’s award winning recipe, in meatloaf form! Knox spice & KIRBBQ sauce rocks this kicked up, delicious meatloaf. 2 lbs ground 80 20 beef, 1 1/2 lbs ground pork, “candy bacon” (!), the spices, the sauce, mushrooms, red onions, and other tasty ingredients all combine to turn ordinary meatloaf into “award winning” meatloaf!

    Very cool!  I had my little girl out by the grill when she was about 7.  Weird…. I have a meatloaf in the oven right now!  And, I just found this video "after" I made it.  Lol.  My little girl said the same thing your son said, which was kinda like, "EEEWwwwww!!!".  Gonna try this meatloaf next time on the grill.  God bless.
