Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
1 cup flour
2 tbls salt
3 tbls onion powder
1 tbls icing sugar
2 tbls pepper
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tsp milk
2 egg whites
vegetable oil for frying
*serve with sweet onion sauce

    Dipping it only once in the breadcrumbs is much better. 1) it saves time 2)
    the end result is more juicy.
