1 tsp ground chili
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried sage leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder

EGG WASH
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg

2 large chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
Vegetable oil for frying
