Crepes can take a bit of practice to make, so keep that in mind. Did you remember to oil your pan between each and every crepe? Even nonstick pans can stick. If your pan was too hot and your oil/cooking spray started burning that would not have tasted good. Typically they're golden brown on one side and light on the other. Basically, plain crepes taste a little like plain waffles – the texture is far smoother than normal pancakes. It depends on if you like them.

0:50 Okay, my crepes didn't look like that at all. They were really light brown and would stick to the skillet if I left them on for any longer. They also tasted pretty odd. Is it okay to eat them a under cooked? Are the crepes supposed to taste good by themselves? 'Cause mine didn't.
