I know this is an old video but I just made this added some broccoli and

I make derivative of this, but never thought to add the cream cheese. I’ll
try that next time. Good recipe!

Quick question derek! How do you divide the recipe into 12 pieces? do you
weigh the chicken pieces before and make them 6oz each or what?

  12. Analyz Gmz

Can you eat this as part of a pre contest bodybuiding diet? From what you
posted I can’t see why not… I’m looking for a change from a baked plain
    chicken breast.

  14. MaryMacRNY

Looks delicious. Quick question, can I replace chicken breast with chicken
thighs? Family like dark meat. Thanks and keep the recipes coming. :)

Bought the same crock pot you used, the vanilla and chocolate protein
powders, went through 10 videos i liked and bought tons and tons of
ingredients in your recipes, and am now cooking this chicken! You have
changed my life! You must be a cook in addition to a PT!

Trying this tomorrow! I think I might use half the chicken, but keep the
same amount of mushrooms and add some carrots too. Would it be smart to use
half a can of cream of mushroom, half the cream cheese and half the water?
I’ve been watching a lot of your vids lately and I had a feeling you were a
new englander. Nice to see your from NH too! Keep making more awesome
    vids!

Ok, been watching your video’s for a few weeks now, but as I prep and
freeze my meals, I am finally ready to make another 2 week batch of
something, so going to try this recipe first. Only difference is I’m going
to use boneless, skinless chicken thighs since I really like how much
juicier dark meat is and I only use 4 oz. portions per serving. Also going
to add a couple cups of broccoli in the last hour or two of cooking so they
don’t get mushy… will let you know how it turns out. I already have my
next 2 or 3 meals of yours picked out that I want to try next…

Derek, I just tried this today and made 2 changes (out of necessity) I
added 1/2 cup chopped green and red bell peppers, made a home made white
sauce and added a little low sodium chicken stalk and doubled the
mushrooms. (I call my kids mushroom thieves for a reason) It turned out
fantastic! Just to make it a little more filling I also added a cup of
brown rice and we ate it like soup. This will definitely go into the recipe
box. Not much left with 2 hungry kids lol. Thanks!

I usually do! I just like having my pasta on the side that way I can
determine how much pasta I’m actually eating.
