Individual Cheesy Potatoes Gratin

Food Ingredients:
2 Russet Potatoes cup Half & Half 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese cup Shredded Extra-Sharp Cheddar Cheese cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 small Garlic Clove, minced Salt & Pepper, to taste inch Butter, to butter the dishes (definitely use Preparation 1 Carefully slice potatoes as thin as possible.
