    This may be a late comment but im on a diet slowly trying to turn vegan so this will deffinatly help im gonna drink smoothies inbetween kinda a smoothie diet but also have healthy food sense i been eating junk food i am breaking out more with blackheads and i kinda wanna diet to get my nice skin back and for health reasons plus excersise of course :3

    great dish but instead I used raman noodles instead of the "zoodles" I also added some soy sauce I left out the red pepper flakes to make it more of my families style I loved the dish 5 stars

    Other healthy choices are quinoa pasta, and black bean pasta.  Most all the rest will make you gain weight.
