16 oz – halved into 2 portions
Thai Green Curry Paste
2 Tablespoons
Thai eggplant
5 – 6 – cleaned, sliced into quarters
Pea Eggplant
1/2 cup – stems removed
Thai Sweet Basil
1 1/2 cups – basil leaves
Thai Long Chili
1 – sliced diagonally
Kaffir lime leaves
6 – leaves, center stems removed
