    You can certainly season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper before cooking it and season to taste once you are finished cooking. Since the recipe has plenty of cheese, you might want to add less salt. Enjoy!

    Alfredo sauce is very easy to make and it's delicious! For this recipe, I would of course use a homemade alfredo sauce and I would season the chicken with salt and pepper. Also, cooking with spinach can be annoying b/c it cooks down and does not make for a great presentation in a dish like this. I would use a blanched italian spinach which will maintain it's constitution much better and make for a superior presentation.
