i ve made Burgers for year ,,, the Golden rule is Toast The Bun , make it
crispy a bit … white bread is disgusting and mushy euhhh .. then
please . on the top toasted Bun , put mayo ketchup and some dijon or
american mustard ( your taste ) so they can mix together and give some
taste .. pickle is a must or ” relish cucumber “. your meat looks good .
hummm and tasty ..
my recepe . mayo top and down + arugula salad. angus beef toped
with blue cheese and caramelized oinions. and NOTHING ELSE ..

That “Pub Burger” is the absolute WORST kind you can make. A big unwieldy
lump of meat that is going to break apart after 1.5 bites. And it looks
like it was not cooked all the way through. Hello E. Coli!
Form your meat into a proper pattie, PRIOR to going into the pan.

This gentleman is obviously no stranger when it comes to manhandling meat.
I love the bias in his “Diner” burger. It looks like it was his first day
behind the grill.
I bought this griddle/grill from target and used it to cook burgers. They
were disgusting 🙁 idk if I didn’t leave it on long enough but it was soggy
and not tasty. I didn’t know burgers could go wrong ever but they did for
me 🙁 maybe because I cooked them on the side that wasn’t flat? So
disappointed:(

a well made burger is great just what to do about the cost pressure to grow
beef. switching to eating insects is much much less costly per kg of
protein.
you can eat insects in Mexico but not in the US looks like Mexico has a
future food export for America.
instead of making Beef cheep with genetic drugs ect ect ect
when Beef will always be environmentally costly and massively expensive
when made organic.
just switch to insects cooked well they taste great too and there cheep.
if your going electric solar go insect too its also the future.
