+1 for the cute way he says “flowers”
I don’t have any of these machines so I had to make everything by hand. It
literally took less time than it would to make it in a machine. I don’t
know why some chefs on YouTube try to make it look so hard to do it by
hand.
oh and 100 grams = 3.5 oz, which is roughly just under half a cup of flour
Oh. My. God. I’ve been overpaying for pasta for a long ass time.
Thanks for doing the video,i like the idea of the machine to mix the
dough.I must try this method soon.
@subzero824, would u recommend the pasta machine that BedBath&Beyond sells
for around $35.?
Wow it’s too noisy my ears are hurting me wow
Yes he used all-purpose flour, he made it look sooo easy, but I’m finally
ready to try:)
First, I would like to thank you that you make it simple.
Second, I hope that you would help us with a manual technique that we can
use in our regular everyday kitchen with handy usually available tools.
Thanks
Thanks for the video. Very helpful to see how you handled the pasta,
floured it & folded it to cut up. Much appreciated
The sound of the pasta dough and his hands rubbing against that wooden
board is irritating at a high level. Still, good how to video.
