250g Roasted Hazelnuts (skins removed)
1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract / Essence
1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil

Preparation Time: About 5 minutes

MAKES 1 JAR

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

    what if i use the real chocolate a.k.a couverture ?
    how do you make it ?
    am i just melt it then mix it with the blended hazelnut ?

    I just did this, I bought roasted hazelnuts though, I didn’t roast them
    myself.

    Anyways, results were good but it wasn’t thick enough. I should probably
    have used a little bit less oil or a bit more sugar.
