I love Dollar Tree items too. I love devil eggs, I even put crab meat in
the mix. I can’t wait till Sunday to see what you’re cooking next.

Recipe for hard boiled eggs: place eggs in salted cold water, bring to a
boil after 1 minute turn off the heat and cover pot for 10 minutes. This
should reduce the occurrence of that nasty green black ring around the
    yolk.

    I could eat about 16 of those. : )

a tip for those making deviled eggs– do NOT use fresh eggs that you just
bought. Use eggs that you have had for a week or so. Fresh eggs are much
harder to peel and you will end up with ripped up eggs that do not look
nice. Use older eggs and dribble them like she suggested and that usually
makes them easier to get the shells off.

Also for those who know what pickled eggs are- try them made into deviled
    eggs- they are really good!!

Girl those look FANTASTIC. LOVE Southern Cooking. I was born in Indiana,
but spent most of my time in and out of Kentucky. I know that’s NOT Deep
in the Southern Belt, but hey, I still have a little Southern Roots. I
just watched your Video on the Fried Chicken. Stunning Results. I’ll be
making some of these. My ole Lady likes a Slightly Sweet Deviled Egg, Me
personally I am Partcial to slightly sour Deviled Eggs. Like that Tart.
But either way, Who DOESN’T Love a GOOD Deviled Egg? Great Recipes +I

Straightforward and simple, I love it! And green or not, who will ever
know? Well… except when you upload a video of it to YouTube. LOL

I have a bad habit of over-complicating them, and I need to keep your
recipe on hand to keep me grounded. I also need to start using a baggie to
fill them. The spoon method ain’t pretty. :-P
