If I am short on time in the morning. Can I make the batter the night before and leave it in the refrigerator overnight?

Refrigerating crêpe batter overnight is an excellent idea, Ariana Lopez. In fact, many cooks recommend this. The resting period allows the flour in the batter to hydrate more completely yielding a more flavorful crêpe, while the refrigeration maintains its freshness.

Hi, Fahad Otb – For the chocolate filling, try melting a bar or chunks of semi-sweet chocolate (stir in a tablespoon of butter to keep it smooth and silky), or use yummy Nutella, the hazelnut-chocolate spread.
