How to make Chocolate Popcorn – Dessert Recipe – Как приготовить шоколадный попкорн

How to make chocolate popcorn at home. This is a really easy dessert recipe. I wanted to try something different. I’d seen chocolate popcorn in a candy shop and thought I’d try making it. This recipe was a great success. Popcorn is a type of corn that expands from the kernel and puffs up when heated. Some people consider popcorn as a healthy option. So here you go, enjoy my chocolate covered marshmallow version. This dessert is perfect for kids, dinner parties or snack in the evening.

We will need:
3 cups of mini marshmallows
3tsp of cocoa powder
50 gr of unsalted butter
100 gr or half cup of popcorn ( kernels)
1 tsp of vegetable oil

Step 1 : Melt your butter with marshmallows and cocoa powder on medium heat.
Step 2 : Place a little bit of oil into the pan, add the popcorn and keep mixing the pan until it all pops.
Step 3 : Pour the chocolate mixture over the popcorn, and then mix with your hands to make sure all the chocolate is mixed in.
Step 4: Leave it aside for 10 min, then add butter on your hands ( so that it doesn’t stick to you) and form popcorn balls. Lay them down on a plate and serve 🙂

Ароматный и хрустящий попкорн с неповторимым шоколадным наполнителем очень просто приготовить в домашних условиях. Шоколадный попкорн – это отличная закуска. Рецепт приготовления классического американского шоколадно попкорна с которым так хорошо смотреть и остросюжетный фильм, и романтическую историю. Дети его полюбят. Готовить данное блюдо весело и легко, это занимает всего около 15 минут.

Нам понадобится :
3 чашки мини зефирa
3 столовые ложки какао-порошка
50 гр несоленого сливочного масла
100 гр попкорнa
1 чайная ложка растительного масла
