Description of video & Ingredients:
In this video recipe Barry is asked to show you how to make homemade caramel popcorn, it’s super delicious, super quick and quite fun to put together! Of course making your own homemade popcorn is great because you can customise it and add pretty much anything you like – why not try a sprinkle of cinnamon and some bashed nuts mixed in too?! Ingredients (I doubled mine for the video)
100g popcorn kernels
1tbsp honey
80g caster sugar
70g butter
1tbsp veg oil

    mix all your favourite sweet ingredients together and make
     something out of it

    bear with me on this one…

    Put in a bit more of everything for the caramel, add some chocolate chips, pour into a tray and let it set for popcorn caramel chocolate rocky road
