HOW TO MAKE A DELICIOUS HOMEMADE CARROT CAKE

Ingredients:

1 cup of self raising flour (if you only have plain flour, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to it )
1 large carrot grated (about 1 cup)
150g butter (melted)
3 eggs
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
1 teaspoon of orange zest
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of chopped pecans

Cream Cheese Frosting:

125g of cream cheese
2 cups of icing sugar
3 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Bake for 30 mins or until skewer comes out clean at 180 degrees celsius.
