    That looks delicious. I’d just leave out the butter though, but that’s a
    personal choice.

    I’ve made sauté potatoes many times and i have to say 4-5 minutes is not
    enough. You can even use fully cooked potatoes. Also the crushed garlic
    must be totally burned during this browning process.

    As I’m cooking this, I imagine Ramsay yelling at me the whole time. I
    definitely didn’t do it as good as him! I’m cooking too many potatoes at
