HOT FUDGE CAKE MADE IN SLOW COOKER
RECIPE for CAKE:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 T unsweetened coco powder
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 t melted butter
1/4 t vanilla
cooking spray
Mix all ingreds. except for cooking spray; spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Once mixed well put into slow cooker.
RECIPE for TOPPING:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup coco
Mix well, and sprinkle over cake batter. DO NOT STIR!!!!!
Add 1 1/2 cup boiling water.
DO NOT STIR!!!!!!!!!!!
Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.
Serve warm and add ice cream and/or whipped topping
