Recipe ingredients and directions:

Bring to the boiling point:

3 cups milk

1 cup heavy cream

Take off the heat and stir in:

9 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped

Stir till smooth and serve. For spice add:

1 1/4 teaspoons of cinnamon and a pinch of black pepper
