  3. Bob Silvestri

I’ve always used pork, veal, & beef for meatloaf. But I’m gonna try my next
one with 95% sirloin.May try adding some wine to the glaze.

There is absolutely NO WAY that this is tasting good with that tiny pinch
of salt she added to all that meat etc. Her ingredients are ok but without
the right about of salt, this will just be bland ….

If I make half the recipe would I cook it half the time?

  9. Jack Robbins

Hey I just wanted to let you know that I don’t think 350 is enough. I did
it like that and it was still raw in the middle. Maybe my oven is broken.

Stop talking about a husband you don’t have. Just make the food.. and most
your making is common simple. get over it. and get a husband.

    I hate Ketchup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  13. Bridget Akridge

My hatred for ketchup runs far too deep. I am the oddball who drizzles
mushroom gravy over the top after cooking is completed.

we say wooster sauce in Scotland

I actually made this and didn’t care for it, because of the broken up
bread. while eating it u can see the white pieces of the bread and I didn’t
like the texture of it as well as look, to each is own. but if I made it
    wouldn’t use the soggy bread.

Another score! WOW! Your mother raised you well. Hey Laura, I learned from
Italians how to make meatloaf. However, I do like your method, but they
taught me to mix 50/50 ratio ground beef & Italian sausage meat. What do
you think about that? This is what I have done for years.
