I dont know where to find cheese cloth, but i have bunch of sterile gauze..
can i use it?
actually, its hard to find grass-fed cream cheese around here, but there is
plenty of grass-fed yogurt. so it is actually cost effective for me! Thank
you once again for an awesome recipe!
In Iran we call this pressed yogurt not cream cheese. It’s like you calling
a Mule a “Horse”. BTW, the excess juice that come out from Yogurt is good
for diabetic people that could reduce the blood sugar.
thanks for your effort
5:13 looks like my stretchmarked bum.
Labneh I think is the correct middle eastern name for this…in any case,
it’s yummy and so much easier than acid or rennet cheese rendering.
En mi país le dicen Yogur griego
It’s actually cheaper than the cream cheese I geg here XD

Has anyone tried making cheesecake with this or used this for cream cheese
frosting? Does it work?
” Pinar ”
it’s the best brand of Labneh , we do consume lot of it in Saudi Arabia or
middle east in general , we have lot of brands , some are sour, some of
them lack creamy texture
I believe it lasts for one month , so there is no problem if you order it
online !
it’s very creamy and delicious
Take a pizza dough and put Labneh on it ( a little extra more ) , if you
want to add mozzarella or sliced olive or even fresh mint it would be
better
throw it in oven and here you go !!

I am so, SO excited about this! Thank you so much! Have you tried flavoring
it? I am thinking mustard/dill to go with gravlax (homemade, with homemade
bagels). Can’t wait to watch more of your videos.
Anyone tried this with greek yogurt?
I have a spreading knife that looks exactly like that, it’s so old the wood
has started to splinter and fall apart.
Coffee filters work well too, if you don’t have cheesecloth
