This dish is crispy and savory. You can serve it with
sweet and sour sauce or anything else you would
prefer. The chicken is very juicy and delicious.
Ingredients
1/2 lb chicken breast
2/3 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp corn starch
1 egg
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
white pepper
1 tsp baking powder
cooking oil
