Here is the recipe:

5 Pounds (80 Ounces) Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Fat Free Italian Dressing
3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar “With The Mother”
12 Ounces (340g) Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
1 Medium Yellow Onion (Chopped)
1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

Calories: 3402
Fat: 18g
Saturated Fat: 0g
Sodium: 4042mg
Carbs: 187g
Fiber: 2g
Sugar: 159g
Protein: 623g

Calories per serving (if you make 10):

Calories: 340.2
Fat: 1.8g
Saturated Fat: 0g
Sodium: 404.2mg
Carbs: 18.7g
Fiber: .2g
Sugar: 15.9g
Protein: 62.3g

Take out your Chicken Breasts, trim the fat off of them, and then cut them in half. Chop up your Yellow Onion. Combine all of your ingredients into your slow cooker. Mix everything together. Cook on High Heat for 3 hours. Shred your Chicken Breasts. Cook on High Heat for another 1 hour. Enjoy!

    Glad I found this. I was thinking about buying a slow cooker to help cook
    in bulk. I’m a power lifter/strongman. I’ve been dirty bulking the past few
    weeks and I want to start cutting the fat. Didn’t know it was sooo easy to
    cook soo much food in a slow cooker.
