Healthy French Fries
Food Ingredients:
4 med. potatoes 1 tablespoon oil Paprika
Recipe preparation:
1 Wash potatoes well, but don’t peel. Slice 1/2 inch thick strips. Toss with oil in bowl. Spread on baking sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 475 degrees for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally. 4 servings. From: The Lighthearted Cookbook, Canadian Heart Foundation.
