Healthy spread – avocado recipe for dip, spread or salsa rich with nutrients serve on sandwich or rice cake, as a side dish with chips, fish or chicken
You will need:
3 ripe avocados
2 boiled eggs
1/2 chopped tomato
1 small onion – finely diced
2 Tbs low fat mayonaise
lemon/lime juice
salt
black pepper
mix all ingredients together or put in a food processor.
Easy, tasy and healthy!!
