Hawaiian Bread

Food Ingredients:
cup canned pineapple chunks, drained, reserving juice 1 tablespoon sugar cup shredded coconut frozen, thawed, is best 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast 3 tablespoons buttermilk 2 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice 1 egg cup sliced very ripe banana 2 cups flour 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour 1 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons butter

Recipe preparation:
1 Put all ingredients into bread machine or follow your user’s manual. Select correct bread cycle and crust color, then press start.
