Ingredients:
1 lb (454g) Ground Chicken Breast
0.5 oz (15g) Parsley (1/4 bunch)
1 Onion
3 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/4 Tsp Cumin
Advieh (Persian Spice Mix)
Salt, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Paprika
Preparations:
1- Mince the parsley.
2- Grind the cumin.
3- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
