    As always a very nice, ” down-to-earth” inspired cooking recipe, thank you
    very much! I love and share this attitude towards cooking and food. The
    greek salad is what I like to take for a picknick or when we meet with
    friends in the Biergarten. I always put a little of the olive brine liquid
    and if I use pickled chilies, some of that brine, too. If you have good
    quality pickles, it is a waste to throw the liquid away.
