What I love about pizza is that everybody makes their own style. There are
no two identical pizzas.
Oh man, if I would have a fucking pizza oven at home I would make my own
pizza. Pizza is good I like the design of it and taste, I always get happy
when I think about pizza.
yeast metabolic process releases CO2 not oxigen or air.
2h proofing is ok for flatbread, not for pizza or at least a good tasting,
easily digestible one.
semolino over the palette or massive flour residue will burn in a stone
oven, it won’t kill you but it’s not good either.
if you don’t want your pizza to look like a still life artwork, put the
basil at the end.
This makes me want to try building a pizza oven of my own.
Hm. Actually, if I’ll start designing it now, I might have everything ready
for starting to build once the snows melt. Heh. A pizza oven of my own, in
the back yard. Why not?
