   Hi Blanche I was just looking around to find some ideas for my restaurant
   and found you and since then been addicted to all your videos and I’m
   looking fr stuffed pockets of dough with Lemmon spinach in them I really
   need a recipe if u can help and love how u love to cook and show the
   passion that makes it fun to watch

   Where can I find avocado oil? Also, will it be crunchy like peanuts or have
