Flourless Chocolate Sponge Cake
Food Ingredients:
500 grams chocolate melted 120 grams soft butter 100 grams egg yolks 500 grams egg whites 170 grams sugar
Recipe preparation:
1 Pre-heat Oven to 215 degrees celsius 2 Mix choc, butter, yolks. 3 Make meringue from whites and sugar. 4 Fold meringue into choc mix. Spread on lined tray and bake 5 Bake for 5 mins 6 Cool on a wire rack 7 Enjoy
