    Hi Ruchi,
They look great and I’m a huge fan of yours.
A small doubt – When we are baking the potatoes in the OTG, should the heat
    be switched on both sides.

    Regards,
    Kaavya

Potatoes are good any way you make them. Gift from God.

Waxy potatoes have a smoother, more waxy texture so they hold their shape
while cooking. They work well in dishes like soups, stews, potato salad and
scalloped potatoes where you would need to boil, slice, or roast.
Waxy potatoes – Jersey Royals, Charlotte potatoes and Pink Fir Apple, hold
their shape well when cooked, and have a subtle, delicate taste – ideal for
    salads.

There turned out absolutely perfect! I had to use what I had so I mixed
curry powder and red pepper garlic cloves minced and salt.. Baked them a
little longer as my oven might not of been the same as yours but they were
crunchy and brown on the outside and soft in the center! Absolutely perfect
TY I did share this on my FB for all the cookers to enjoy.

I have just made some paprika wedges I saw a receipe on the net to spray
the wedges with cookin spray and sprinkle paprika on. The turned out a bit
dry and flavourless I covered all th wedge with paprika so I think I used
enough but I’m wondering will it help if I use more oil or maybe make a
paprika marinade similar to how you did. Thanks

I am trying it, and now it is baking, but all I have was salt and pepper
so, they might not taste as good but at least they are still my favorite
    potato <3

I just made these wedges and they tasted Amazing! I didn’t have a bottle of
just mixed herbs…so I used dried oregano and parsley with all the other
ingredients. Mine didn’t come out as crispy as I would have liked but they
tasted really good that I don’t even care. My family loves them! Thanks
    Ruchi!
