@fit2fat2fit 2 pounds ground turkey, 1 small can of tomato sauce (not the smallest one but the next size up), 1 egg slightly beaten, 1 onion (small) finely chopped, 1.5 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp white pepper, 1 teaspoon worchestire sauce, 2 teaspoons water, 2 tbsp minced parsley, 23rd cups bread crumbs.

Combine the same way you did.

Put thin layer of ketchup on top. Bake.

Turkey meatloaf is good, at least I love mine… William sonoma has a great meatloaf pan that drains fat also.

@fit2fat2fit No problem One mistake, it's 12 a teaspoon of white pepper not 1.5 tsp. Salt is right though. Enjoy!

@depfox We were going to, but we figured we needed a beef recipe since we haven't done anything beef yet.

@Testogan E ai cara? Claro que entendo o portugues. I actually don't count carboidratos, but I'm guessing it's around 60-75g right now during this phase.

What we do, is make meatloaf "meatballs" instead. cook at 350 for only 30mins…so it cuts half the time…Really easy and my husband eats it 🙂

the absolute best way to mix meatloaf is exactly how you did it–with your clean hands. Great recipe.

When I make meatloaf, I add veggies. I quickly sautee diced carrots, parsnips, celery, onions and garlic together and mix it into my meat loaf. My fiancee who doesn't like cooked carrots and won't eat celery eat it just fine. I also use a mixture of beef and turkey. I know you were trying a beef recipe, however you can mix them together. I think that gives it the nice beefy taste and cuts down on the fat. Thanks for all your hard work.

Hey man! I can change the bacon and turkey meat for chicken? here in Brazil is  VERY hard to find derivatives of turkey meat (because people love more fatty meats). In most loved your book, I read it in English 3 times!
