    Glen, I have cooked this many many times. I can’t believe that I have never
    done it on video. Your version (because there are so many) looks excellent!
    I am going to have to try to find the Gisa and the cane vinegar. I live
    very close to Ft. Bragg. There are many specialty/international grocery
    stores in the area. Nicely done my friend!
