maybe you could just do this:
    1. what i eat in a week videos
    2. you could then just make a video once a week that would be rather
valuable because it could review the nutrients and the costs per week
    3. in that video you could highlight a favorite recipe.
    4. the idea there being you’re saving time and documenting what you really
eat, which could include b12 tablets or whatever.
    5. that way the viewers are really getting a sense of how to survive on a
vegan diet and what it costs.
    6. week in week out you’d have your own running documentary series instead
of just a bunch of random crap celebrity ripoff videos like freelee does,
which are good for total newbies, but your audience seems a little more
    advanced than that

I always love green beans in a soup (I usually just use the frozen
vegetables for soup and the green beans are in there). Take care. Connie

I love you’re recipes.. there easy.. I’m not that great of a cook… but I
can good soup…. 🙂 one to 2 bay leaves is usually best. it’s kind of
    strong.

  7. HighCarbMatt

I made a soup similar to this last night haha looks delicious.

Generally, you would stem the kale. The stems can be tough and woody. Also,
you probably only needed one-two bay leaves. And you don’t want to eat
    them.

Do you have anyone to ask cooking questions? Like your mom or grandma or
    someone?

I’m always happy to see that you put up a new video! 🙂 This soup you made
looks so healthy. That rice maker was a great investment, you’re definitely
getting your money’s worth out of it! :)

I didn’t even know you could get purple potatoes, I was disappointed by the
lack of purple inside though 😛 Looks like a really great soup 🙂

I love this recipe. I just made it and it is really yummy. ^-^ ♥

That looks delicious. I’m making soup today, too, to fight off the cold. I
didn’t think about adding kale to it, though! Next time I will.

You said in other video that you like watery soups, but when you mix it
with rice looks like you don’t add to much water on your plate, just the
veggies with rice. What do you do with the water of the soup? LOL | I don’t
know if I’m making too much sense, but ok. | When I add soup to my rice it
turns up super watery on the bowl. | Anyway, your soup looks awesome and
    super delicious :)
